Certifications
& Quality
Four NADCAP accreditations. More than 50 OEM process approvals.
Every certification below covers a process we perform ourselves — none of it is held on our behalf by a subcontractor. The scope spans fabrication, assembly, welding, bonding, and heat and chemical processing.
Quality System
Two facilities.
Two certified quality systems.
Florida assembly and Missouri machining each operate under their own AS9100D-certified quality system and their own ERP platform. Every site is independently certified, independently audited, and accountable for its own quality performance.
-
AS9100 Rev D
Aerospace quality management system. Certificate of Registration held.
-
ISO 9001:2015
Registered quality management system.
-
QE-STD-1
Critical safety item certification.
-
MBD / DPD
Model-based definition and digital product definition workflows.
-
D6-51991
Held as part of our OEM approval set.
NADCAP Accreditations
Accredited on the special
processes we perform in-house.
NADCAP accreditation is an industry-managed audit of the special processes that quality escapes hide in.
We hold four, which is what lets us perform this work on-site.
-
Chemical Processing
Anodize (sulfuric and boric), chemical film, passivation.
-
Heat Treating
Solution heat treatment, precipitation hardening, annealing. AMS2750 calibrated.
-
Non-Destructive Testing
Liquid penetrant, eddy current, magnetic particle inspection.
-
Welding
Resistance spot and GTAW fusion welding.
Earned extended merit of 24 months across all 4 NADCAP disciplines (Weld, NDT, Chemical Processing, Heat Treat).
OEM Process Approvals
Approved on the specs your
programs already call out.
Holding these means a package can be placed with us without qualifying a new process source first — no first-article delay while a vendor gets approved.
