About

Crestview Aerospace

A vertically integrated manufacturer of aircraft structures and metallic components

About

Crestview Aerospace builds aircraft structures and metallic components for the world's most demanding aerospace and defense programs: precision-machined titanium and aluminum, sheet metal fabrication, welding, heat treat, chemical processing, and paint. Every one of them is performed in-house, and each facility is independently certified to AS9100D.

Most suppliers at this tier send work outside for special processes and inherit someone else’s schedule. Crestview closes the loop from raw material to finished assembly inside its own walls, across 450,000 square feet in two states.

The company has supported Boeing for more than seventy years and

Bell Flight for more than twenty. Today it is privately owned and independently operated. We are accountable to our customers and their programs, not to a quarterly earnings call.

Leadership

The people accountable for the work

Crestview’s leadership team is built from operators: people who have run production floors, owned quality systems, and carried program schedules. They are based at the plants, not at a corporate office three time zones away.

Our People

Experience you can't hire quickly.

Building complex assemblies takes people who have done it for a long time. Crestview’s workforce averages 12 years of tenure — the kind of institutional knowledge that does not transfer through a work instruction. 19% are veterans, which shows up in how seriously this floor takes a spec.

Low turnover is not a soft metric in this business. It means the person building your assembly this year is the person who built it last year.
